Military Power Supply

Several different military programs value and trust the high and low voltage military power supplies produced by American High Voltage. For more than thirty years, we provided both high and low voltage military power supplies to a wide range of military platforms, including F-4 and F-16 aircrafts, space shuttles, and more. Outside of designing custom power supplies for military programs, we specialize in upgrading power supplies with non-existent or very little documentation.

There are different processes in creating high and low voltage military power supplies. Designing and manufacturing high voltage power supplies requires certain disciplines and technological controls above and beyond what is required when designing and manufacturing low voltage devices. Potting, component preparation, and placement are just a few of the most critical requirements. We design and manufacture both high and low voltage military power supplies by putting them through a program of rigorous environmental stress screening and derating.
